Safety and compliance for property landlords
Our engineers can carry out annual gas safety checks including checking pipework, flues and gas appliances. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report with relevant images and certification to you and your tenants.
We will also remind you when your next set of inspections are due. These checks are crucial in order to protect tenants from potentially fatal risks arising from carbon monoxide exposure or gas explosion and are a legal requirement.
A Gas Safety Certificate is a legal requirement if you are a landlord, you must have this carried out every 12 months for all gas appliances in your rental properties.
A CP-12 certificate for every gas appliance in your property is a legal requirement for all landlords.
CP-12 certificates are issued annually after being tested by our qualified engineers.
We will issue your CP-12 certificates to your tenants and of course carry out any emergency repairs where needed.
